Program Journey

The program starts with a 45-minute orientation session, followed by an assessment.The program is then broken into 3 modules, each delivered through a virtual 3-hour session.

Module 1: What it Takes to be an Inclusive and Compassionate Leader

During this module, leaders will:

  • Explore compassionate and inclusive leadership through the lens of empowering people by respecting and appreciating what makes us different.
  • Replace command, control and process-oriented leadership with a more empathetic, agile, tolerant and trusting style.
  • Build a culture of compassion, inclusion, engagement and performance by determining the leadership actions that can influence culture and the role you play in shaping culture.
  • Embed an “omni channel’ culture that supports those working from home or in the office while also attracting future employees.
  • Continue to create a sense of belonging for everyone where people feel appreciated, motivated, challenged and valued.

Module 2: Coaching for Performance

During this module, leaders will:

  • Apply a developmental-focused mindset to help team members move forward.
  • Discover the best ways to support employees through typical coaching scenarios including virtual performance conversations.
  • Discover key coaching skills:
    • Probing to Discover
    • Multi-level Listening
    • Giving Feedback
    • Creating Accountability
    • Acknowledging Performance and Progress
  • Implement a 5-step framework to increase the efficiency and outcomes of your coaching conversations.
  • Participate in interactive coaching scenarios to put skills into practice.

Module 3: Reset Your Team Culture

During this module, leaders will:

  • Learn to explain what psychological safety is and how it relates to your work environment.
  • Discover ways to cultivate psychologically safe organizational cultures.
  • Discover the best strategies to apply when managing competing priorities.
  • Emphasize the sense of belonging by adopting techniques and strategies that showcase appreciation and value for all employees.
  • Build a recognition strategy that emphasizes personal achievements, hard work, commitment, skills and dedication to the organization.
