Accelerate Change is a series of talent development programs created by LHH, a global leader in leadership training.

Optimizing Team Performance During Change

Leaders will learn to assess the impact of change on their teams and take action to ensure continued team productivity through times of uncertainty and ambiguity.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify how their team copes with ambiguous and changing environments.
  • Implement leadership actions to accelerate the forward movement of their team’s emotions, behaviors, and attitudes.
  • Identify their role as a leader in guiding and maximizing their team’s productivity and contribution through change.
  • Assess the impact of change on their team as a result of COVID-19 and other change initiatives.
  • Overcome common derailers to team cohesiveness and performance during COVID-19, and leverage accelerators of team success.

Leading in Uncertain Times: Building Resilience

In a world of constant change and uncertainty, resilience is critical to success. Resilience allows you to go beyond survival and prosper in environments that are complex and dynamic while maintaining high levels of personal satisfaction and productivity.

Participants will learn to:

  • Define resilience and understand why it is critical in uncertain times
  • Examine factors that inhibit and enable personal resilience
  • Assess personal resilience and identify actions to maintain and further develop their ability
  • Identify and assess team members’ resilience, strengths and development opportunities
  • Create action plans to build or leverage resilience

Prior to consulting, she held senior roles in health care and the insurance and investment sectors during periods of major change and transformation.
