(St. John’s, NL) – The Town of Torbay is excited to introduce our new Chief Administrative Officer, Sandy Hounsell!

Sandy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization, with an impressive 27 years of senior management expertise across various departments at both the Provincial and Federal Government level. From February, 2017 to November, 2022, Sandy held the esteemed position of Director of Municipal Support within the Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs.

We look forward to benefiting from Sandy’s experience and knowledge as we continue our mission to serve the residents and businesses of the Town of Torbay.
