Michelle is a Consultant, Executive Search at KBRS, where she thrives on connecting people with transformative career opportunities and fostering both personal and professional growth. Known for her strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and composure under pressure, she expertly navigates the demands of high-level recruitment.  

Michelle brings a unique perspective rooted in her background in the arts, holding a Bachelor of Music in voice from Memorial University and a diploma in Music Theatre Performance from Sheridan College. Her performance experience has sharpened her communication, empathy, and creative problem-solving skills, making her especially adept at building genuine, lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.  

Based in Newfoundland and Labrador, Michelle has developed a deep network across the province and has led numerous executive searches that place purpose-driven leaders in roles where they can have lasting impact. With connections that span across Canada and the U.S., she is passionate about facilitating meaningful relationships and supporting growth for both individuals and organizations.
