Heather Simmons is a trusted recruitment consultant specializing in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction across Atlantic Canada. Known for her relationship-focused and consultative approach, she helps organizations find and retain top technical talent while guiding candidates to roles where they can grow and succeed.

With experience spanning public-sector staffing, contingent recruitment, and senior level retained searches, Heather understands both the technical and human elements that make a hire successful. She brings strategic insight, leadership perspective, and practical know-how to every search, helping clients build high-performing teams and candidates make confident career moves.

Originally from Newfoundland and now based in Halifax, Heather is committed to the region and the people who live and work here. She holds a Master of Management from Memorial University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Advanced Major in HR Management and Leadership from St. Francis Xavier University. She applies this knowledge to her recruitment practice, bringing both a strategic and practical perspective to every search.

Outside of work, Heather is actively involved in the community as a Member-at-Large on the Board of Directors for Nova Village NS and through her participation in the KBRS and Meridia Social Committee.
