Originally from Newfoundland, Heather began her recruitment career with a Regional Health Authority and focused on permanent placement and contract staffing. Heather first joined KBRS as an Executive Search Coordinator. She later transitioned to the Meridia team and has built a strong understanding of the needs of clients and candidates in the dynamic fields of architecture, engineering, and construction.
