KBRS is pleased to have assisted Cox & Palmer in the appointment of Craig Bugden as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the firm’s Prince Edward Island offices, effective April 20, 2020.

A versatile business professional, Craig is a strategic solutions-oriented leader with diverse operations experience. Having held progressively senior roles with Canada’s food and pharmacy leader, which employs over 200,000 Canadians, Craig led multi-disciplinary teams with responsibilities for labour management, operations, IT, finance and HR. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations and Finance for a leading PEI landscape, design, construction and maintenance company, where he led all aspects of day-to-day operations and ensured the financial health of the organization.

As the COO of Cox & Palmer in PEI, Craig will work closely with Managing Partner, Robin Aitken, TEP. He will draw on his diverse experience to anticipate and plan for the firm’s evolving needs, ensure an effective and efficient organizational structure is in place, and develop and implement business plans to realize the strategic goals and objectives of the firm.
