Recently, Managing Partner, Andrea Forbes-Hurley spoke with DS (Pal) Mann, CEO of Engineers Nova Scotia, who stepped into the lead role of the organization in February 2020, weeks before the beginning of the pandemic. Pal draws on this experience, as well as over 32 years of experience in the Canadian Armed Forces and 5 years with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), to offer his insights.
