KBRS is seeking a motivated, strategic, and relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to join our growing search team in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Role
As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a central role in supporting executive search assignments in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will use your research acumen, sound judgment, and strong communication skills to identify, attract, and assess top-tier leadership candidates. You will thrive in a collaborative agency environment, balancing multiple projects and contributing to a team that values creativity, accountability, and excellence. Your work will help strengthen organizations that are shaping the future of Newfoundland and Labrador’s workforce and communities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Research and strategy: Build market maps and develop research approaches to identify and attract qualified and diverse leaders for each assignment.
- Candidate engagement: Connect with and assess candidates, ensuring a strong and inclusive talent pool for every search.
- Client partnership: Support Partners and Principals with candidate insights, progress updates, and well-prepared search reports and ensure client satisfaction on every assignment.
- Search execution: Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate reference and background checks.
- Team collaboration: Contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing culture and assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members.

Qualifications and Experience
- An undergraduate degree is required; a master’s degree is considered an asset.
- Experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, or a related research or client-service role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Confidence engaging senior leaders and stakeholders across sectors.
