As GIT continues to grow, the company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its expanding team and evolving organizational needs. The HR Manager will be a central figure in GIT’s operations, supporting employees across all departments and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. This role offers the chance to lead and refine core HR functions which include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, employee engagement, while contributing to the development of a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior leadership team, the HR Manager will:

•Manage and optimize the HRIS system (BambooHR), ensuring accurate records and insightful reporting.
•Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and hiring decisions.
•Support a focused sales culture, ensuring the HR functions are tied to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
•Ensure employees consistently reflect the company’s values through polished communication, professional appearance, and respectful conduct.
•Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
•Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
•Address employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
•Administer benefits programs and support employee understanding.
•Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
•Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
•Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
•Advise leadership on HR best practices and legal requirements.
•Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive culture.
•Support general HR administration as needed.
