Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973 from their manufacturing facility in Sussex, New Brunswick. Their solid and long-standing reputation brought them into The Shaw Group of companies in 1999. 

Prestige Homes offers precision-engineered modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together, and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed. Modular options include mini homes, cottages, single-family homes, and multiple residential units. 

The Opportunity

As a key member of the Prestige Homes leadership team and broader Shaw Group executive team, the Vice President, Operations role represents a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Canada’s broader housing strategy. As housing affordability and supply remain urgent national priorities, Prestige Homes is positioned to be a critical enabler of scalable, rapid, and sustainable housing development. The Vice President, Operations will help translate provincial and federal housing targets into real-world impact by ensuring Prestige Homes delivers modular housing solutions that support communities in need across the country. 

With a projection of continued revenue growth, this is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader to drive a transformative scale-up and help redefine how housing is built and delivered in Canada. This role is also designed as a critical succession opportunity, with the expectation that the Vice President will step into the General Manager position following a successful transition and onboarding period.

The Role

As Vice President, Operations, you’ll lead the full spectrum of operational performance, spanning production, supply chain, logistics, quality, safety, and continuous improvement, to help Prestige Homes deliver innovative, high-quality, and affordable modular housing. A key member of the leadership team, you will drive efficiency, scale, and workforce development while supporting growth into new markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives on collaboration, inspires teams, and ensures operational excellence across every level of the organization.

As the ideal candidate forward-thinking operational leader with a track record in scaling complex, project-driven environments, ideally in, but not limited to, manufacturing, construction, supply chain. You are a proven leader who inspires and motivates your team, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and confidently drives operational excellence in fast-growing, dynamic organizations. Known as a change agent, you drive continuous improvement, champion safety, and build high-performance cultures. Strategic yet hands-on, you translate vision into action, collaborate cross-functionally with ease, and communicate with clarity. You thrive in dynamic settings where you can help shape scalable solutions to Canada’s housing challenges.
