Victoria Westcott
Victoria is an experienced people and operations professional with a background in full-cycle recruitment across the utilities, mining, and oil & gas sectors. She began her career in 2017 in Newfoundland’s utilities industry and has since developed progressive professional experience supporting both operational, technical, and project teams.
Drawing on her people and operations experience, Victoria brings an understanding of how people, systems, and business outcomes intersect. This perspective allows her to deliver practical, long‑term hiring solutions that support both individual success and organizational effectiveness.
Known as a true people person, Victoria takes a people-first approach to recruitment where candidates feel heard, respected and supported. She is intentional and sincere in every interaction, building trust with candidates and hiring teams alike. Outside of work Victoria enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and travelling for beaches, architecture, and great food. She draws inspiration from being in nature and can't imagine ever living far from the ocean.
