Rebecca brings a thoughtful, relationship focused approach to her role as an Executive Recruiter, dedicating herself to understanding the needs of both clients and candidates to support successful search engagements. Known for her collaborative style and natural ability to connect, she contributes meaningfully to every assignment she supports.

Rooted in people centered work, Rebecca partners with organizations to define success, identify strong talent, and guide informed hiring decisions. She is currently pursuing her MBA, strengthening her expertise in business strategy, client relations, and market insight.
