As a Recruitment Specialist with Meridia Recruitment Solutions, Kate connects organizations with talented professionals who align with their business needs, culture, and long-term goals. Drawing on her background in Human Resources and Psychology, she takes a relationship-focused approach to recruitment and is passionate about creating positive experiences for both candidates and employers.
Kate holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Nova Scotia Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Allison University. Prior to joining Meridia, she gained experience through a Human Resources Consulting Co-op, where she supported client-focused projects and developed a strong understanding of business and people practices. She also worked as a literacy tutor, where she developed strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Her diverse experiences have reinforced her passion for helping people succeed and finding meaningful connections between talent and opportunity.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and spending time with animals. She values continuous learning, building genuine relationships, and bringing a positive, people-first approach to everything she does.
