• Originally from the French Acadian shore of Nova Scotia, Josee prides herself on being a bilingual Acadian from the region of Clare
• An avid reader who enjoys the outdoors, including family camping trips in Kejimkujik National Park; she also stays active through the gym, spin classes, yoga, and Pilates, and enjoys spending time with her cockapoo puppy
• After spending four years living in Asia, Josee developed a strong passion for travel, exploring new cultures, and exploring different cuisines
