Donovan’s place-based, narrative approach is enriched and authenticated by their experiences as an award-winning advocate and storyteller.
A Recruitment Communications Specialist at KBRS, Donovan informs and contextualizes executive searches in Newfoundland and Labrador. Guided by the principles of collaboration and empathy, Donovan has been described by colleagues as an old soul with a fresh perspective.
