Charlotte (Lottie) is a Recruitment Specialist supporting architecture, engineering, and construction candidates and clients in the U.S. market. She thrives on helping people navigate new opportunities and is dedicated to providing a positive, thoughtful, and well-supported recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

With a strong background in customer service and administrative support, Lottie brings experience from fast-paced, people-focused environments. She brings a collaborative, people‑first approach to her work and enjoys supporting both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process. She is also eager to continue deepening her knowledge of the AEC industry.
