As a Senior Executive Recruiter with KBRS, Abbey MacLeod supports the firm's Academic Executive search practice, contributing to national executive recruitment initiatives within the post-secondary and broader public sectors. 

With a strong commitment to candidate care and timely, transparent communication, Abbey plays a key role in fostering positive search experiences for both clients and candidates. Abbey brings a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, developed over her eight-year career, including her past experience in student recruitment at Mount Saint Vincent University (MSVU), and more than three years with KBRS and Meridia.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Mount Saint Vincent University  

Passions, Community Involvement and Personal Interests: 

  • In addition to her role at Meridia and KBRS, Abbey is passionate about the advancement of women in sport
  • In her spare time, Abbey is an assistant coach with MSVU’s Women’s Soccer program and participated in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association’s Female Apprenticeship Program
