Sidra’s professional recruitment experience extends across manufacturing, engineering, and building sciences sectors across the United States. Prior to joining Meridia, Sidra hired and developed her own top-performing teams for a global transportation company, and so targeted search needs involving logistics, sales, and complex operations are additional areas of expertise close to her heart.

Sidra’s professional and personal interests blend strategic business operations with an empathetic understanding of the people it takes to build and duplicate success across industries. Similarly, her educational background spans from languages, a social sciences undergraduate degree, and most recently culminated with the completion of an Executive MBA.
