Michelle Doyle

As a Principal with KBRS, Michelle partners with boards and senior leaders to identify and attract exceptional talent for executive and senior leadership roles. She brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to executive search, advising clients through complex and high-profile mandates with sound judgment, curiosity, and discretion.  

Michelle works with organizations across a range of sectors, helping clients navigate leadership transitions and build high-performing executive teams. With deep roots in Newfoundland and Labrador, she brings a strong understanding of the province’s leadership landscape, communities, and organizations. Her experience spans public, private, and not-for-profit environments, with particular depth in Arts, Culture and Entertainment, where her professional search experience is complemented by a lifelong connection to the arts.  

Known for building trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike, Michelle takes the time to understand an organization's culture, ambitions, and evolving leadership needs.
