With her years of experience in customer service as well as her passion for helping candidates and clients meet their goals, Camilla is an asset to the world of recruiting.

As a Consultant, Camilla partners with organizations and leaders to align exceptional talent with opportunity. Drawing on an extensive professional network, creative sourcing strategies, and a genuine interest in people, she builds trusted relationships and helps clients identify leaders who can make a lasting impact.

Her career began in high-volume retail, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, recruitment, and customer service. It was there that her passion for people and talent first took shape, and those experiences continue to influence the energy, curiosity, and care she brings to executive search. Collaborative and relationship-driven, Camilla genuinely enjoys getting to know the people behind the résumé and the organizations behind the opportunity.

• Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR)
• Bachelor of Commerce, in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations, and a minor in Psychology, Saint Mary’s University

• Born and raised in Lebanon with Italian heritage, Camilla immigrated to Canada in 2009 and has proudly called the Maritimes home ever since
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and, French
• Member of the Board of Directors, YWCA
• Member of the Board of Directors, Lebanese Chamber of Commerce in Nova Scotia
• CPHR Nova Scotia 'Rising Star' Award winner
• Co-lead of the social committee and member of the employee engagement committee
• In her spare time, you can find Camilla planning adventures with her husband and two sons
