The Opportunity

Swept is now seeking their next Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will lead Swept through its next phase of value creation. Building on the organization's strong foundation, the CEO will focus on driving profitable growth, reducing customer churn, strengthening the go-to-market strategy, and maximizing the value of an established customer base of over500 businesses across North America.

Ideal Candidate Profile

As the ideal candidate, you are an accomplished executive with experience leading growth, transformation, and value creation within a SaaS or technology-enabled business. You understand recurring revenue models, customer retention, go-to-market strategy, and the operational drivers of enterprise value. You bring a track record of aligning teams, improving performance, and turning strategy into results. You possess sufficient product and technology fluency to effectively oversee product development, evaluate execution against roadmap commitments, and assess emerging AI-enabled opportunities.

Equally comfortable in the boardroom and the business, you possess strong commercial, financial, and operational acumen and have experience working with investors, boards, and external partners. Experience supporting acquisitions, strategic transactions, or capital events would be considered a strong asset. You are a collaborative leader who builds trust, creates accountability, and inspires teams to achieve ambitious goals.
