Chief Financial Offier
NL2 Capital Inc. is a publicly listed company on the TSX Venture Exchange that was established to identify and complete a business combination with a high-quality operating platform. Through its transformative Qualifying Transaction with the Talon Group, NL2 is evolving from a capital pool company into a fully operating public entity, expected to operate as Talon Diversified Holdings Inc. upon closing.
The Talon Group is a Newfoundland and Labrador-based industrial services platform comprised of established operating businesses including Talon Energy Services, Basil Fearn (93) Limited, and Trinity Roofing. Together, these companies serve industrial, commercial, infrastructure, marine, energy, mining, transportation, public sector, and construction markets throughout Atlantic Canada.
In a strong business position, the organization enters this next chapter with an established operating foundation, demonstrated profitability, and significant growth potential. By transitioning to a public company, Talon Diversified Holdings Inc. will gain enhanced access to capital, enabling it to pursue larger-scale industrial and infrastructure opportunities and accelerate its growth strategy through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. With strong fundamentals and exposure to sectors experiencing sustained investment and development, the organization is entering a period of considerable opportunity.
As a newly formed public company, Talon Diversified Holdings Inc. will combine the governance, transparency, and discipline of the public markets with the entrepreneurial agility of a growing operating platform. This unique combination positions the organization to build a leading diversified industrial and infrastructure services company across Atlantic Canada and beyond.
