This multi-generational enterprise operates across multiple provinces in Canada and the United States, with a diversified portfolio of operating companies, strategic investments, and legacy assets. The organization’s interests span manufacturing, services, energy, infrastructure-related assets, and select investment holdings, supported by a disciplined approach to long-term stewardship, sustainability, and value creation.
As the organization continues to evolve, these appointments will strengthen the Board’s depth across key committees while introducing independent perspectives to support strategic oversight, governance excellence, and long-term wealth preservation alongside sustainable growth.
