The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Services, the Director of Finance provides leadership and oversight for NSNMR's financial operations, planning, reporting, audit, risk management, and internal controls. As a member of the leadership team, the Director serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board, providing strategic financial guidance that supports effective decision-making, strong governance, and long-term organizational sustainability. Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Director helps ensure financial resources are aligned with strategic priorities and supports a culture of accountability, stewardship, and continuous improvement.
