Key Responsibilities
The Board of Directors contribute to Rooted’s governance and strategic direction, ensuring the organization remains aligned with its mission, values, and long-term objectives.
Their key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing organizational strategy, performance, and risk management.
  • Supporting growth initiatives, including development projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Contributing to financial stewardship to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Participating in board committees and promoting effective governance practices.

  • Providing independent judgment and constructive feedback to management.
