Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President, Products & Growth (VP, P&G) to join its Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the organization’s product and commercial strategy across all channels and categories.
What does this role entail?
Reporting to the Chief Products & Technology Officer, the VP, P&G will lead AL’s growth strategy, expand market share, and ensure sustainable performance in a highly competitive and evolving industry.
The VP will oversee teams responsible for AL’s core products — including Video Lottery & Retail games, iGaming platforms, and Sports Betting — as well as the commercial functions that support them, such as web and mobile applications, retail channels, and technical operations. Leading a team of approximately 160 professionals across these areas, the VP champions a player-first, omnichannel strategy that enhances customer experience and drives long-term growth.
This is an in-office executive role based at AL’s head office in Moncton, New Brunswick.

As the ideal candidate, you:
- Bring senior leadership experience in product management, commercial strategy, and digital transformation with strong experience in both physical/retail and digital channels, ideally within gaming, entertainment, consumer tech, or retail.
- Have a proven record of driving integrated product strategies across web, mobile, and retail channels, increasing growth, engagement, and market share in regulated environments.
- Lead digital and cultural transformation, fostering accountability, agility, and innovation across teams.
- Apply creativity, data-driven insight, and decisiveness to modernize products, elevate customer experience, and drive long-term market leadership.
- Are a natural communicator and collaborator, translating complex ideas into actionable strategies and building trust across executive peers and the Board.
- Hold a degree in business, marketing, or technology; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
