With extensive involvement in both permanent and contract recruitment, Tiffany has a solid understanding of the unique talent requirements in the energy sector. Her approach is informed by her first-hand experience as an on-site recruitment consultant with a major construction company on an energy project in Labrador. Over the years, she has established a strong network of professionals with the skills and abilities sought by local employers.

Born and raised in Bay de Verde, Newfoundland, Tiffany moved to St. John’s to pursue her education at Memorial University, where she was named Valedictorian of her graduating class. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative) Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations, and completed two work terms within the mining industry in Western Labrador.

Tiffany has a track record of community involvement including volunteer work with the Janeway Foundation and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. In her spare time she enjoys playing city league volleyball, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
