As an Executive Search Coordinator with KBRS, Lisa’s focus is to look after all the details of the executive search process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Making personal connections is something that comes easy to her. She is known for her personal touch, and realistic approach - simply put, she loves helping others.
Lisa has worked in Alberta and Nova Scotia in various senior level administrative and project management roles, including at all levels of government, and in the private and not for profit sectors. This diversity of experience has prepared her to be an adaptable and dependable team member.
Community development is a passion for Lisa and the reason Lisa she holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, with a concentration in International Development Studies. Lisa applies this passion and her work experience as an active volunteer with Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia where she is a mentor and practice interviewer.
She enjoys mountain biking, hiking and golf, and loves to cook. Traveling somewhere new every year with her partner Dave or close friends is a personal goal, whether it be somewhere remote and rural in Nova Scotia or elsewhere in the world. Spending time with friends and family is important to Lisa, especially time spent with her 2 cats Hali and Squeaks.
