She leverages her business, interpersonal, and project management skills to help both candidates and clients achieve their goals.
Over the course of her career, Julieta has worked within international NGOs, academic institutions, and private enterprises, gaining experience across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining KBRS, Julieta managed the Professional Mentorship Program at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia, where she gained firsthand experience in the importance of establishing intentional and meaningful connections between top talent new-comer immigrants to local outstanding professionals.
As a long-life learner, Julieta hold a Master of Arts degree in International Development Studies from Saint Mary’s University, a Master of Science degree in Management from KEDGE Business School in France (8 months), and a Bachelor in Business Creation and Development from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Mexico, and a Mentor-Project Manager Certificate from Harvard Business School (Online Program). She is also currently working to complete a Certification in Change Management with the Management and Strategy Institute.
She loves to learn about new cultures and travel, and she speaks five languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian and basic Portuguese. An active community volunteer, Julieta works with several organizations mainly related to homeless vulnerability, children and youth. In her spare time, as a certified pastry chef, she enjoys baking and sharing her creations with her family.
