KBRS Adds Two Managing Partners to Growing Team

We are pleased to announce that Natalie Hand and Katherine Risley have joined our Managing Partner team. Working alongside fellow Managing Partners Kevin Stoddart, Andrea Forbes-Hurley and Jeff Forbes, they will support the continued growth and momentum of our leading executive search, recruitment solutions and HR consulting firm and ensure the delivery of outstanding results for our clients and candidates.

Natalie Hand and Katherine Risley have earned reputations as trusted talent advisors.  Each, with nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, they have consistently demonstrated leadership in upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service and supporting their colleagues to do the same.

Over the years, Natalie and Katherine have played active roles in supporting the growth of Meridia Recruitment Solutions, a KBRS company, which has become the fastest growing service line in the organization. They will continue to support Meridia’s growth while contributing to the management of KBRS as a part of an ongoing succession plan that began more than four decades ago.

Natalie, who began her career in Executive Search at KBRS in Halifax more than 17 years ago, played an instrumental role in establishing the organization’s office in St. John’s and in introducing Meridia Recruitment Solutions to the province. She has supported the successful completion of hundreds of searches.

I am excited about what the future holds for our region. And I am committed to continuing to support our clients and the leaders we work with in realizing their goals with proven approaches, innovative thinking, and the support of our team.

Katherine has taken on numerous leadership roles since joining Meridia nearly 10 years ago. In addition to leading Meridia’s Engineering, Operations, Construction and Supply Chain recruitment practice in the Maritimes, she is an active community leader and volunteer. Her substantial efforts to improve female participation in the engineering profession earned her an honorary designation as an Engineers Canada Fellow.

I am proud to be a part of a fantastic team of professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the people we work with and the organizations who trust us to help achieve their goals. I am eager to build on a foundation that has fuelled our success for nearly five decades.
