If a withdrawal is made up to 15 business days prior to the start of the program, the full fee will be refunded. After this day, refunds will not be issued. However, the registration fee value can be applied to another program or service within our Human Resource Consulting practice. Requests to cancel must be made in writing and sent by email to amitton@kbrs.ca . If the program is cancelled for any reason, we will contact the registrant and provide a full refund of the registration fee.
