KBRS Welcomes Katherine Frank as Academic Search Partner

KBRS, one of Canada’s leading academic executive search practices, is pleased to welcome Katherine Frank as Partner. A proven human resource leader within universities, her focus will be on building and supporting leadership of higher education institutions in Western Canada.

Before joining KBRS, Katherine was the Assistant Vice-President of Human Resources at Dalhousie University for more than 8 years and at University of Calgary for 2 years. She has extensive experience and knowledge of human resources in the academic environment.

Katherine joins a team of seven partners leading executive search assignments with the support of one of the country’s largest candidate research teams.

Katherine is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Calgary. She has also completed the Industrial Relations Executive Program at Queen’s University
