Mary Hardiman

Mary brings to her Associate role more than 33 years experience in the public sector

A public school educator, operations specialist and HR professional, Mary is recognized for her ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with both Executive and staff.

HR roles included Senior Consultant and Acting Manager of Client Services with the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM). Mary concluded her career with HRM working as the Operations Coordinator in the Deputy CAO Office where she provided senior advisory services and support to the office and leveraged her professional relationships to ensure successful delivery of services.

In her current role as Career Transition Consultant, Mary is passionate in her support of clients as they transition to new employment opportunities. Networking connections, leveraging technology and use of social media are some of the skills Mary employs to support her client’s success.

Passions, Community Involvement and Personal Interests:
