Mount Pearl, NL – The City of Mount Pearl is pleased to announce that Dana Spurrell has been appointed as the city’s new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), effective Wednesday, February 10th, 2021. The appointment was made official following a unanimous vote by City Council in tonight’s public council meeting.

November 19, 2020 - The University of Guelph has named Mazyar Fallah as its new dean of the College of Biological Science (CBS). Currently associate dean, research and innovation, in the Faculty of Health at York University, Fallah will begin a five-year term Jan. 1, 2021.
