Chief Operating Officer

Based in New Brunswick since 2008, the GJV Group Ltd. is a privately owned, diversified holding company whose subsidiaries engage in the hospitality, self-storage, car wash, and commercial and residential real estate industries. Highly entrepreneurial, GJV is focused on growing through business acquisitions and investments. We then enhance the operational processes of those businesses to increase their services and value proposition. With 50 total employees, current holdings include Rubber Duck Car Wash, Oromocto Self Storage, William’s Seafood Restaurant and Twenty/20 Nightclub across NS, NB and PEI.

 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy as well as guiding future growth and development of the company. This is a new and exciting opportunity at GJV, one that is essential rocket fuel allowing the company to pursue its aggressive growth targets for the years to come. In this role you will have oversight of all responsibilities peripheral to operations including sales, marketing, finance, administration, human resources and technology. You will roll up your sleeves to implement process improvement and best practices to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will drive results, spur growth, build operational functions as needed and lead the integration of new acquisitions, inspiring confidence to successfully unite people and processes into a high-functioning, positive and engaging environment.
