Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Leader who will be responsible for the ongoing development and oversight of the financial processes and internal controls required to keep pace with the demands of a large and growing business. Based in central New Brunswick, you will ensure accurate and timely financial information is readily available to the senior management team; develop, implement and oversee appropriate accounting policies, processes and internal controls; help to improve costing programs and build consistent reporting processes; develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as financial institutions and auditing firms.

The ideal candidate has a professional accounting designation and a post-secondary degree, combined with ten plus years of senior financial leadership experience. You have a successful track record and expertise in developing and executing on strategic and financial plans that drive organizational growth, development, and progressive change. You can effectively manage multiple deliverables and consistently communicate financial analytics in a clear and concise manner. You have natural interpersonal and communication skills which enable you to build seamless working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to provide a current and accurate financial perspective to the senior leadership team. You enjoy being engaged with the company’s overall operations, you thrive on challenges and success, and you are results oriented with the ability to prioritize and deliver on key initiatives.
