Vice President of Sales

We are pleased to work with our client, a professional services firm with over 500 employees across 3 countries, as they seek an energetic Vice President, Sales to join their team. The Vice President, Sales will lead a team to develop and execute a sales strategy to build revenue across multiple lines of business.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer from a flexible working location within Canada, the Vice President, Sales will lead a coordinated sales strategy to maintain and develop key relationships to grow strategic accounts, including building strong connections with C-level, Vice President- and Director-level decision makers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of many years selling professional services and leading and managing a sales organization to reach corporate sales targets. As results-driven, self-directed team player, the Vice President, Sales has experience with effective sales forecasting and a proven track record in achieving both individual and team targets. You possess superior social and communication skills to deal with prospects and clients at all levels. You can think strategically, able to build compelling sales value propositions and associated client business impacts and guide your team to deliver them to clients at all levels.
The successful individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and relevant industry experience, coupled with executive-level sales leadership capabilities and experience using sales analytics and business intelligence to structure a sales strategy and team.
