Our client is seeking an experienced leader to join their team as an Operations Manager. This strategic and operational leadership role will drive transformation to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of this operation. As the ideal candidate you have a strategic solution-oriented mindset, you are adaptable, and have the ability to build strong, trusting relationships within all levels of the organization. You will have previous experience at a manager level in a heavy industrial environment; experience in six-sigma / black belt would be an asset. You have excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. You are an analytical, critical and strategic thinker who is able to engage, inspire and manage the performance of others and you are collaborative with the ability to influence, be flexible and exhibit great tact.
