We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our firm and play a key role in our growing academic executive search practice.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will lead the pursuit and attraction of candidates for academic leadership roles by leveraging your research skills, your strong professional judgement and communication skills, and your drive for results. You will use resources at your disposal to find the right person for each opportunity and ensure client satisfaction on every project. In doing this, you will work collaboratively with your team members to understand the unique candidate profile for each search and leverage your strategic mindset in conducting primary research to identify potential candidates. You will be responsible for reaching out to and attracting candidates for each position, as well as screening these candidates through preliminary interviews and a thorough review of application materials. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as an exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
As the ideal candidate, you have a natural ability to connect with people and develop rapport quickly. You are driven and thrive in fast paced, project-based environments and are well-versed in managing multiple projects and deadlines. You excel at thinking on your feet and coming up with ‘outside the box’ ideas and solutions. You have superb verbal and written communication skills and have a proven ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with members of a team. Your insatiable curiosity means you will dig deep to understand client needs and your strategic mindset allows you to develop creative solutions and ideas to deliver exceptional results.
