They are currently seeking a senior operations leader with deep experience and expertise in all business functional areas, with an emphasis on supply chain management, to become their new General Manager. Working collaboratively with the senior leadership team, the General Manager will develop and implement long and short-term strategies for achieving the company’s vision, mission and financial objectives and foster highly productive relationships with clients, industry partners and employees.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years’ experience as a senior manager of businesses, a post-secondary degree, and a stellar reputation as a hands-on and practical leader who creates a positive work environment for all, makes sound decisions, and maintains a high degree of accountability for achieving fiscal and operational results. You are a client-focused strategic thinker and problem solver with an innate safety orientation and superior communication and relationship building skills.
