District Manager

Reporting to the Regional Director for Eastern Canada, the District Manager will provide a local business approach for dealing with employee and customer objectives. This will enable a single point contact for the day-to-day and annualized results of the District. Although the organization has a national vision with defined guidelines it is the District Manager’s role to deploy the vision while working with any regional and local issues, as it affects the company on an operating basis. With the incorporation of this district it is also the goal of the District Manager to remove traditional silos or any roadblocks that would hamper growth and profit expectations for the district.

As the ideal candidate, you are a self-motivated, high performance professional with a demonstrated passion and drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment. With finely tuned business development acumen, you have a proven ability to construct and implement effective business development strategies, plans and forecasts, and to report on and adjust or adapt these plans to maximize growth potential. You have highly effective negotiation skills that result in a feeling of wining for all parties. With sound judgement and logical reasoning, you are exceptional at managing, prioritizing, planning, and operationalizing. As a manager with many years of progressive leadership experience, and related post-secondary education, you have an innovative leadership style that is entrepreneurial and focused on business strategy and growth. Operationally minded, you identify efficiencies and improve productivity while engaging, motivating, and aligning teams. Your proven track record of facilitating organization-wide collaboration and successfully engaging your team has achieved outstanding results in the development and delivery of innovative products and services in a fast-paced growth industry. Your ability to identify and evaluate opportunities is reflected in your considerable skill set. You use extensive data and data-analytics to inform key business decisions and are focused on the safe and productive execution of all work. You have integrity, are honest and respectful and lead by example with your management style to foster a cooperative and engaged team.
