Director of Process Engineering

For over 80 years, the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (NSLC) has been passionate about providing excellent service and promoting responsible enjoyment for Nova Scotians. KBRS has partnered with NSLC in seeking a Director of Process Engineering to progress process review, continuous improvement, and process engineering.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Finance, the Director of Process Engineering will be dedicated to continuous improvement and project management by evaluating return on investment for projects and will conduct formal investigations on new ideas. They will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement through streamlining existing processes with the use of process monitoring applications, review and analyses. The Director of Process Engineering will collaborate with all levels and functions of the business to build the organizational capability necessary to deliver process improvements, increasing business productivity, shareholder and customer value.

As the ideal candidate, you are a highly skilled and well-respected professional with demonstrated progressive experience in process review, continuous improvement, and process engineering. You have a reputation for getting things done and improving operational processes, a talent for identifying innovative opportunities, and a proven track record of successfully contributing across all functional areas of an organization. You have superb communication and interpersonal skills and an innate ability to influence and manage stakeholder relationships through a collaborative and team – driven style of work.
