With over 30 years of diverse business experience, Dianna Barton has an in-depth understanding of the human resource challenges faced by her clients in industry and government.
As Senior Consultant in Saint John, Dianna provides recruitment and human resource consulting services to clients throughout Western New Brunswick. Her passion and dedication have allowed Dianna to build strong partnerships with clients and in the community.
Before entering the human resource consulting field, Dianna held senior positions with a number of large companies in the Saint John area. True to her entrepreneurial nature, she also has started, owned and operated a number of small businesses. As a past president of the Saint John Board of Trade, Dianna is proud to have been involved in the creation of the strategic plan that laid the foundation for the growth and optimism in Saint John today.
An experienced recruitment professional, Dianna founded and grew the New Brunswick office of a large international human resources firm. Under her leadership, the office successfully recruited numerous professionals for their clients and won two international awards.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dianna earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trent University and completed her business education from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Dianna continues to be involved with her community in a number of volunteer roles with both the Saint John Board of Trade and the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick.
