Andrea Forbes
Andrea’s enthusiasm for engaging with potential candidates makes her a valued member of Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette's executive recruitment team. With a high-energy personality and a passion for recruitment, she consistently explores the marketplace and engages with industry contacts to find the top performers that best fit our clients’ needs.
Prior to completing her undergraduate degree in Honors Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University, she worked for one of Canada’s largest pension and benefits firms in pension administration. Andrea was a member of the St. FX Student Union executive team as the Vice President, Student Relations. As a key member of the Student Union, Andrea helped to create and promote various initiatives to improve student and community life. A dedicated St. FX alumnus, Andrea is a life officer of her graduating class and is involved in organizing annual alumni events.
Recently, Andrea completed the required exams and attained her CHRP Designation through the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia. Andrea is currently working toward completing her Masters of Business Administration at Saint Mary’s University part-time.
