Marsha Carter, Executive Search Consultant (Halifax)
As a key member of Knightsbridge Roberston Surrette's executive search team, Marsha is ready to go the extra mile to get results. Her inquisitive and probing nature brings forth fresh ideas, enabling her to add tremendous value to our clients. What’s more, Marsha is highly motivated to get things done right.
Having worked for one of Canada’s first-class hotel companies, Marsha has a solid background in sales and marketing from her time in the hospitality industry. She’s also a dedicated volunteer and currently sits on The People Factor Action Team for FUSION Halifax. This committee focuses on the next generation and strengthening the network between Halifax employers and young professionals. Previously, Marsha dedicated her time to the Halifax On The Front Line Society. She served as Co-Chair for their annual fundraiser, Toonies for TaTa’s, which has raised much needed funds for people going through breast cancer treatment. In her spare time, Marsha enjoys working out, coaching figure skating, and spending time with family and friends.
Originally from Amherst, Nova Scotia, Marsha graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently working toward completing her Masters of Business Administration at Saint Mary’s University part-time while serving Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette clients.
