Julie Gorman, Associate Consultant (St. John’s)
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Julie graduated from Memorial University with her Bachelor of Commerce (co-operative) degree concentrating in Human Resources. Throughout her program, she was able to gain valuable experience in human capital issues while completing a work term as a recruiter within the healthcare industry. After discovering her passion for human resource management, Julie also decided to work as a teaching and research assistant for a number of professors at Memorial’s business school.
As a Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette Associate Consultant, Julie plays an integral role in supporting our Newfoundland team in all areas. With her focus on research for our recruitment practice, she is dedicated to finding the top-performing talent for our clients. Driven by her positive attitude and strong work ethic, Julie is committed to achieving high-quality results for her team.
While working at Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette, Julie hopes to continue with her professional development by obtaining a Master’s degree in the human resource field as well as her CHRP designation. She is devoted to becoming a leader in this industry and is excited to grow with the organization. In addition to her professional goals, Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and reading.
