With a continuously expanding client base and an agenda for growth, our client is looking to add an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to their team.
As a key member of the corporate/commercial team, you will provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including tax, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and spin-offs, and estate planning and succession. You will build and maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted legal advisor to the firm’s key clients. Working with the firm’s motivated and supportive team, you will grow your corporate/ commercial practice and deliver exceptional service to clients.
As the ideal candidate, you are an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with the proven ability to manage a broad legal portfolio. A skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you have a knack for building relationships with new prospective clients and delivering first-rate client service. You are able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines with great composure and professionalism. A confident, positive and well respected professional, you don’t take yourself too seriously and you have a reputation for being a true team player.
